No, but we strongly recommend everyone to join because your team roster must be in place by December 31 for Texas, Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. If a non-paying member qualifies in the top "Six" then they WILL NOT be eligible to participate in the tournament.

Your "Six" man team can only bring a total of "9" fish to the scales. (See rules)

Because we don’t want individual members paying. To participate you must be a member of a bass club and your club must submit your name and paid membership on a roster to BCSC by the membership due date.

Yes, if you are a part of a bass club, your name is on the roster,  you qualify in the Top “6” and you are 18 by the date of the tournament in your state then you will be eligible to participate.

Because we run a "No Entry Fee" tournament, and we have tournaments in multiple states. We must know in advance how many participants to plan for the tournaments, the Friday evening registration, and catered meal for the competitors.
